Military Name Bracelets FAQ 1. How do I place my order? You can order directly through our website by clicking the "buy now" or "add to cart" button next to the item you would like to order. Be sure to fill out all of the fields, such as personalization and length, when ordering. We do not accept phone orders at this time. 2. Can I order by mail? You may order by mail and pay by money order. If you would like to use this option, please email me and I will provide a mailing address. 3. Is your website secure? Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Our system automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128-bits (highest level commercially available). All online orders are processed through Paypal's secure shopping cart system but you do NOT have to have a Paypal account to order through this site. When prompted for your Paypal login, simply click the button that you do not have a Paypal account and you can complete your order. 4. How do I care for my jewelry? It is best to use a polishing cloth to clean your jewelry. Do not use jewelry dips as it may damage the beads. Also, be sure not to shower with your bracelet on. If you store your bracelet in an air tight ziploc type bag or other container, you can keep your sterling silver beads looking brand new. 5. How long will it take to ship my order? We typically ship within 48 hours of receiving a cleared payment form. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. If there is going to be a delay due to a backorder, we will contact you to let you know. 6. How and where do you ship? We ship all packages through USPS Priority Mail. All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. In the continental United States, you should receive your package in 2-3 business days from the time of shipment (according to USPS standards). We ship to any address in the United States as well as APO addresses. 7. How do I know what length bracelet to order? Please visit our Sizing Guidelines page for more information. 8.
